We have worked with Mr. Gardea as the lesee's of a house that he remodeled for our re-entry program "Francisco Home" in Los Angeles, CA, acquired by the Society of St. Vincent De Paul. When we first saw the 104 year-old house in shambles, creaky floors and out of kilter doorways we had hopes of a cleaned up property that had functionality.
